Thanks for the feedback. As an entry in a one-month contest, the audio options didn't make the cut of features that were implemented. However I do agree that this would make a nice addition. As far as a full-screen mode goes: it's already in there, but fairly well hidden. Pressing F4 should toggle between windowed and fullscreen. Thanks again for playing, and sharing your reactions.

Very clever game. Just two things: it needs audio controls (I'd like to turn off the music because I like to listen to other music while I play games) and it needs a full-screen mode (I don't like to squint).

Language was apparently no a barrier to fun for this French reviewer who seems to have really enjoyed the game as well:

Thanks for the feedback Quanrian. I'm glad that you enjoyed the original concept, and am sorry to hear that it was so difficult. This was absolutely something that went through a few revisions while the game was being playtested. I'll be following up via email shortly to pick your brain about the tutorial you have suggested. Thanks again for checking out Spell Find, and for thating the time to share your thoughts.

I think the concept is very original but for the life of me I could not grasp the gameplay. I must have tried the trial a dozen times and I never felt like I was learning anything or getting better at it. The AI is just rediculously difficult even on the easiest setting or I just plain suck at the game. In either case, the game absolutely needs a tutorial because it just throws you in and expects you to figure it out. I am sure this game will have a niche following but I think most will be turned away by the steep learning curve. I know this is harsh but I have given this game more chances than most of the other Indy Games I've tried and I keep coming back to the concept being too complex.
